You can definitely clear JEE mains in 5 months.

For Physics go for DC Pandey (seperate book for each topic). Examples and concept are well explained. Don't go for I.E IRODOV and such books.

for chemistry -  RC Mukherjee.
OP tondon and Boyd.

For maths - Don't go for RD Sharma, go for arihant series ( it has seperate book for different topics). Indepth knowledge is given in this books. R.S Agrawal is also very good book.

ofcourse you have to complete NCERT books.
Also join Fiit-JeE series Mock test . Its very essential.

do maths daily and with that physics or chemistry in parallel each at single time.

Give stress on concepts and solve 50 questions a day at least .
you can score well in this way.

 NCERT books for physics, chemistry and mathematics should do. It's the CBSE after all that is in charge :P
whichever is your weak subject must be doe a regular basis or the strong subject...that's your choice really. 
You must formulate your own recipe for success, I can't give you any helpful advice on timetable-stuff.
